A New Way to Find What You’re Looking For !

We’re excited to share that the Snug Harbor Community Hub has begun setting up a searchable database for all Board of Governors meeting minutes and community newsletters.

This new system will make it much easier for residents and community members to find the information they need—when they need it. Instead of scrolling through pages or guessing which document contains an answer, you’ll be able to simply search by keyword and quickly locate relevant discussions, decisions, and updates.

What’s Involved?

Creating a searchable database is a detailed and time-consuming process. Each document needs to be carefully reviewed, organized, and indexed so that searches return accurate and helpful results. This includes:

  • Past and current Board of Governors meeting minutes
  • Community newsletters
  • Supporting documents and references

We appreciate your patience while we work through this lengthy indexing process. There’s a lot of history to organize, and doing it right takes time. That said, we truly believe it will be worth the wait.

Once complete, this database will:

  • Improve transparency
  • Save time for residents and board members
  • Make community information easier to access and understand
