This Board isn’t about service or community. It’s about control. Ego. Manipulation and Lies.
The moment you question their actions or dare to speak up?
You’re labeled “Bad Character” and disqualified (look at the new Board Of Governors requirements). Not because you broke any rules — but because you didn’t toe the line. You dared to have independent thought. You exposed cracks in the facade. You became a threat.
Ask around. Anyone who’s tried to make a real difference — anyone who wasn’t already one of their own — got chewed up and spat out. Silenced. Smeared. Burned out.
You will not change this system from the inside. Not while the same career board members keep playing gatekeeper, year after year. Their loyalty isn’t to the community. It’s to each other.
Unless you’re okay with being another name on their hit list, another voice shut down — don’t run. It’s not worth it. The Board will shit all over you, just like they’ve done to so many before you.
